    Quick Start Guide Therm-App Operation Manual Quick Start Guide Before using Therm-App, make sure the Android device is compatible with the Android Device Minimum Requirements. (See page 7). 1. Verify that you have a stable Internet connection before installing the Therm-App application on your Android device.

    Therm-App Operation Manual Product Description Therm-App extends human vision by turning an Android device into a thermal camera. This lightweight, modular, high resolution device attaches onto your Android device allowing you to display, record, and share thermal images, for Night-Vision and Thermography applications.

    Therm-App Operation Manual Android Device Minimum Requirements  Therm-App was designed to work with Android OS ver. 4.1 and above. Due to variations in operating systems, non-compatibility could occur.  Your Android device must support USB OTG (On-The-Go, also known as USB host mode).

  • Page 9 Turn the sizing knob (1) so the Android device slides (3) into the attachment bracket (2). Attach Therm-App to the back of the mobile device by turning the sizing knob. Fasten the sizing knob (1) and the bracket (2) to fit the Android device.

    Review and accept the Terms and conditions. 2. The App will download the calibration files (a download progress bar will appear on the screen) which are specific to your Therm-App device. When download is completed, the application will display the Camera View screen in Night Vision mode.

     The Android device is compatible with Therm-App. Refer to list of compatible devices on page 7.  The Therm-App Basic application is installed on the device. If it is not installed, download it from Google Play.  Therm-App and the Android device are connected properly via a USB-OTG cable.
