AdjUSTINg BRAKE PEdAL (O)

(1) Brake pedal
(a) free play
using the brake pedal for an extend-
ed period of time causes it to play.
this may lead to deterioration of the
braking performance and malfunction
of the braking system.
the brake pedal can be adjusted as
follows:
1. release the parking brake.
2. slightly depress the pedals and
measure the free travel at the top
of the pedal stroke.
