I have the Akaso Brave 7le. When connected to my phone the connection frequently fails at about 10-15 feet distance. I've got wifi connected to my phone with no external wifi. Is there a way to improve the range or signal strength so that it stays connected? Also the wind noise is bad even with it set to minimize it. Can an external mic be used for better sound?

To improve the connection range and signal strength of the Akaso Brave 7 LE when connected to your phone, ensure there are minimal obstacles between the camera and the phone, avoid interference from other wireless devices, and keep the camera's firmware updated for optimal performance.
Regarding sound quality, the Akaso Brave 7 LE does not support an external microphone. The built-in microphone performs well in quiet environments but struggles with wind noise, and using the waterproof case muffles the sound. If you need an action camera that supports an external mic, consider the Akaso V50X.
