capacity. the controller will return a CHECK CONDITION status.
The sense key
is set to ILLEGAL REQUEST and the additional sense code is set to ILLEGAL
VALUE IN CDB.

The WRITE BUFFER header is sent as part of the data transfer phase to the
controller.
The purpose is to make the READ BUFFER and WRITE BUFFER transfers
equivalent in byte count.
