If the logical unit is not present the peripheral device type code
is set to 7Fh.

RMB
bit is set to one because the disc is removable.
The device-type qualifier is a set to zero.
The response data format is set to one.
The additional length is set to 31h.
If the allocation length of the
command descriptor block is too small to transfer all of the parameters, the
additional length will not be adjusted to reflect the truncation.
