There is no Internet connection
• M ake sure the wireless router connected to your Samsung Connect is working properly.
• R estart your Samsung Connect's Wi-Fi feature or the wireless router.
Your Samsung Connect is hot to the touch
When you use apps that require more power or use apps on your Samsung Connect for an
extended period of time, your Samsung Connect may feel hot to the touch. This is normal and
should not affect your Samsung Connect's lifespan or performance.
A small gap appears around the outside of the Samsung Connect case
• T his gap is a necessary manufacturing feature and some minor rocking or vibration of
parts may occur.
• O ver time, friction between parts may cause this gap to expand slightly.
