- Page 2 Thank you for purchasing the Clean-Z CPAP Sanitizer, which is used to sanitize germs and bacteria by producing O3. You can use it to sanitize your CPAP mask and tubing. The entire sanitization requires no water or other chemical cleaning.

You will see a slow flashing red LED light with no ozone produced. 2）Cleaning Stage: After the start-up stage, the Clean-Z will start to produce ozone and work continuously for 30 minutes.
