Setting Call Answer

This feature enables you to answer incoming calls by opening
the clamshell so that you don't have to press
To activate this feature:
1. Press
to access the main menu.
2. Highlight Settings and press
3. Highlight Others and press
4. Highlight Call Answer and press
5. Select Open Flip and press
To answer the call by pressing
above.

Setting Any Key Answer

This feature allows you to answer incoming calls by pressing any
key (except

To activate this feature:

2. Highlight Settings and press
3. Highlight Others and press
4. Highlight Any Key Answer and press
5. Select On and press
To deactivate this feature, select Off at the step 5 above.

Setting Abbreviated Dialing

Abbreviated Dialing is another form of speed dialing. If the last
four digits you enter do not match any stored phone book entry,
the digits are automatically prepended with the digits specified
using the following steps.
To activate this feature:
1. Press
to access the main menu.
2. Highlight Settings and press
3. Highlight Others and press
4. Highlight Abbrev. Dial and press
5. Highlight Enable and press
6. Enter a six-digit number and press
To deactivate this feature, highlight Disable at the step 5 above.
Tip:
If you enter less than 6 digits, the display shows a warning message.
