Setting Device Specific Information (ID/
Password)
Set device specific information using the following commands:
- Setting the ID for the device (sgw id command)
- Setting the password for the device (sgw password command)
[Setting Procedure]

Execute the configure command to move to the configuration definition mode.

Execute the sgw id command and set the device ID (FENICS-ID).
# configure

(config)# sgw id xxxx

Execute the sgw password command and set the password for the device
FENICS-ID.

increase the number of connected instrument, purchase of an optional instrument
management license is required. There are three types of instrument management
licenses.
Instrument management 10 license: 10 additional instruments can be connected to the
device.
Instrument management 50 license: 50 additional instruments can be connected to the
device.
Instrument management 100 license: 100 additional instruments can be connected to the
device.
