Why is my bed jet 3 not blowing air as hard as usual? The air filter isn’t that dirty and I’ve only had it for about a month

Your BedJet 3 may not be blowing air as hard as usual due to a clogged air filter. The device has a lifetime washable air filter located in the air intake grille, which requires cleaning every three months or more often if you have pets. Try rinsing and replacing the filter to restore airflow.

WE ARE HERE TO HELP – PLEASE CALL US FOR ADVICE! Cooling Mode - Tips for Better Enjoyment The BedJet cools via powered ventilation of fresh ambient air injected directly into the bed. This powered ventilation gently wicks away the body heat and body moisture that gets trapped in the bed by your mattress and bed covers.

Feet-only cooling results from use of a top sheet that is not compatible with the BedJet or use of no top sheet at all or just a loose-knit blanket. At 100% airflow your bed should have nearly all of your bedding ballooning slightly off the bed and air flow will be felt exiting at the very top of the bed from under the top sheet.
