OTHER TROUBLES

Electrical circuit

q ( ): Always contact the Komatsu distributor when you must carry out these operations.
q If the anomaly or its cause is not included in the table below, contact your Komatsu distributor for the
necessary repair.
TROUBLE
Lights do not work satisfactorily even
with engine running at high speed.
Lights come on intermittently with
engine running.
Battery charge warning light does not
go out even with engine running.
Alternator emits abnormal noise.
Starter does not turn with ignition
switch in position ON.
Starter pinion engages and
disengages repeatedly.
Starter makes engine run slowly.
Starter disengages before engine
start.
Preheating warning light does not
come on.
Engine oil pressure warning light
does not come on when engine stops
(ignition key in position ON).

Frame

The translation speed, rotation,
boom 1, boom 2 and the bucket are
slow.
Pump does not work correctly.
