MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE
INSPECT RADIATOR FIN
1.
Remove the plate (12). Remove the bolts (13) (6 pieces),
then the plate (12) can be removed.
2.
Install the plate (12) with bolts (13) (6 pieces) after the in-
spection is finished.
OPEN AND CLOSE CONDENSER
1.
Remove the condenser bolts (14) (4 pieces).
2.
Open the condenser by pulling it toward you.
3.
Close the condenser after cleaning it, and install bolts (14)
(4 pieces).
OPEN AND CLOSE FUEL COOLER
1.
Remove the fuel cooler bolts (15) (4 pieces).
2.
Open the fuel cooler by pulling it toward you.
3.
Close the fuel cooler after cleaning it, and install bolts (15)
(4 pieces).
SET UP SCAFFOLD FOR CLEANING AND INSPECTION
Set up the scaffold which cover the area (a) for performing the cleaning and inspection.
Do not perform the work in area (b) where the track is inclined. It is dangerous.

(b) Area the work is prohibited
METHOD FOR CHECKING AND REPLACING ALTERNATOR AND AIR CONDI-
TIONER COMPRESSOR DRIVE BELT
Ask your Komatsu distributor for inspection and replacement.
