Fault
Blockage in rotor, Blow-off
chamber or conveyor line.
Possible causes
Excessive additive.
Degree of moisture of dry
mixture is more than 4%.
Outlet pressure too low.
Air supply line cross-
section is too small.
Compressor too small.
Version 1.0
Remedies
If there is a blockage in the conveyor
line then switch off the rotor.
WARNING: Material can escape
suddenly! Always secure an open
hose end!
Release the conveyor line at the
Blow-off chamber, open the conveying
air and blow-off the rotor. If material
does not emerge then open the Filling
hopper and clean (see Cleaning).
Then check the conveyor line for
hardened locations and loosen the
blockage by knocking on them with
wood.
Re-connect the conveyor line to the
Blow-off chamber and completely blow
out. If conveying distances are more
than 40 m then the 20 m conveyor
lines must be vented one by one.
WARNING: Pull the electric supply
plug!
If there are blockages in the Filling
hopper, rotor or Blow-off chamber then
switch off the rotor and the
compressed air. Release the conveyor
line and unblock the Filling hopper,
rotor and Blow-off chamber with a
scraper.
Install water separator in the
compressor; empty the water
separator if necessary.
If there are blockages in the rotor then
interrupt the drive source (electrical,
air). Tilt the filling hopper with the rotor
cover plate and clean the rotor chamber
with a scraper.
Open the top and bottom air settings
more. Check whether there is sufficient
compressor air feed.
Larger feed line. Compressor with
more power.
