Greetings: We purchased 2 PlasmaPro 400 s units (from Best Buy, delivered Jan15, 2025; would have bought direct from you but needed ASAP after wildfires nearbuy). We have the receipt. They are working great so far but do we have to do anything to validate our warranty? Thank you.

The change filter indicator remains on after replacing the filter in the Levoit Core 300 because the timer needs to be reset. To reset it, hold down the red/white filter light icon for approximately 5-7 seconds until the light turns off.
