Frequency measurement by means of Lissajous figures
If a voltage of unknown frequency is applied to the Y amplifier, the light
spot on the screen will describe a so-called Lissajous figure, under the
influence of a voltage of known frequency applied to the X amplifier.
Dependent on the frequency the image will show a certain number of
