Material damage through the use of unsuitable care products: Using
an unapproved care spray can damage the electrical components and
cause the locking cylinder to fail.
Only use the IKON care spray 8511 for maintenance.
Material damage and impaired function due to incorrect maintenance
intervals: Use the IKON care spray every 5,000 locking cycles and at least
every 6 months. Shake the spray before use and spray briefly into the
locking cylinder.
Replacing bat teries

Replace the battery within 30s: Stored data is kept for 30s. A new
battery must be inserted within this time span.
We recommend replacing the battery after 30,000 openings or within
3 years. The battery warning must be observed.
1 Change the battery type CR2032 (item number VB03) as described
(Pic. 9, page 74).
