correct voltage, current, and resistance as specified
by the machine's data plate. Before troubleshooting
machine, verify that the control board assembly is
programmed to operate as an SD3.

1:15 cycle no rinse - E1
Water did not reach the float during a
fill within 150 seconds.
Float and temperature thermistors
could not be detected.
Slow Leak. Machine enters fill cycle
three times with 35 minutes of initial
fill.
Booster did not reach temperature
within eight minutes after initial fill.
Severe internal control error.
Open or shorted wash tank

Check machine operation to see if problem still
exists.
Ensure drain lever is closed and the standpipe is
properly seated. Verify float is clear of debris.
Ensure the incoming water valve is open and water
flow/pressure is 20psi (+/- 5psi).
Verify operation of float and temperature
thermistors. Ensure thermistor and door switch plug
is connected to J2 on control board.
Ensure drain lever is closed and the standpipe is

Check to see that booster power is on. Check that
the water heater is on and supplying proper hot
