CHARGE INDICATOR LIGHTS

The blue indicator lights show how much charge is remaining.
While the robot is charging, both blue LED lights will cycle. When charging is complete, both blue lights will
illuminate steadily. It may take up to 5 hours to fully charge your robot.
NOTE: If the low charge light is blinking red, there is not enough charge for the robot to return to the dock. Manually
place the robot on the dock.
TIP: To preserve battery life, turn off the power switch if robot will not be used for a long period of time. Unit should be
recharged at least once every 3 months.

I start the connection to the internet without a problem. It asks me to join the WiFi for shark and I say yes. Then it takes me to WiFi and that WiFi for shark isn’t there?

If you can't find the Shark IQ Robot RV1000 Series Wi-Fi network after starting the connection, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Robot Not in Pairing Mode – Ensure the robot is powered on and press and hold the Dock and Clean buttons until the Wi-Fi indicator starts blinking.

2. SSID Not Visible – The robot's Wi-Fi network (Shark_RVXXX) should appear in the available networks list. If not, try refreshing the Wi-Fi list on your device.

3. Wi-Fi Frequency Issue – The Shark IQ Robot only connects to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks. Ensure your home network is set to 2.4 GHz.

4. Interference or Weak Signal – Move closer to the robot to check if the network appears.

5. Robot Already Connected – If the Wi-Fi indicator on the robot is a steady blue, it is already connected to a network. Reset the connection if needed.
