The Function Menu

The Function menu is used for changing the settings of the projector.
Setting items
Functions
Smart APA
The APA (Auto Pixel Alignment) automatically
adjusts "Dot Phase," "H Size" and "Shift" on the
Signal menu for the input signal from a computer.
• On: When a signal is input from a computer, the
• Off: The APA functions when you press the APA key
Auto Input Search
When set to "On," the projector detects input signals in
the following order: Input A, B,
indicates the input channel when the INPUT key is
pressed.

Test Pattern
When set to "On," a test pattern is displayed on the
screen during "V Keystone" or
adjustment.

Speaker
Set to "Off" to cut the sound of the internal speakers.
When set to "Off," "Speaker: Off" apears on the screen
when you turn on the power.
Start Up Image
• On: Displays the Start Up Image on the screen after

When set to "Low", the power consumption is set to
low in standby mode.
APA functions automatically so that the picture can
be seen clearly. Once the specified input signal has
been adjusted by the "Smart APA," it will not be
readjusted even when the cable is disconnected and
connected again or the input channel is changed. You
can adjust the picture by pressing the APA key on the
Remote Commander even if "Smart APA" set to
"On."
