Board Installation
 Make sure that the power is turned OFF before installing/removing any boards
or connecting/disconnecting any cables.

Follow the instruction below and insert the board into the dedicated slot of the controller.
Confirmation and configuration of EPSON RC+ 6.0

1. Remove two screws (+) on the back side of the RC620 robot controller.

2. Remove the plate.
3. Insert the board into the slot along the guide.
4. Put the plate removed in the step 2 back and secure it with two screws.
When the EtherNet/IP slave board is installed to the controller, it is recognized
automatically. Confirm whether EPSON RC+ 6.0 has recognized the EtherNet/IP
slave board using the following procedure.
1. Select [Setup]-[System Configuration] and display the [System Configuration]
dialog box.

2. Select [Inputs / Outputs].
3. Make sure that the following are displayed in "Fieldbus Slave".
Installed : Yes
Inputs : 512-767 (default setting)
Outputs : 512-767 (default setting)
