4.11.10 Acceleration override G30 to G39

By means of the acceleration override, the acceleration and deceleration behaviour of the
positioning processes can be influenced. The acceleration override is useful if transport
devices are sometimes operated with load and sometimes, without load. Under load, they are
operated with reduced acceleration/deceleration value. The acceleration/deceleration values
are fixed by the machine data MD27 and MD28. By means of G30 to G39, a reduction in
percent of the two values can be obtained in the traversing block. These functions are self-
holding.

Between N5 and N10, no flying block change takes place, as acceleration and brake
ramps change. The axis brakes until the PEH exact stop window is reached and then
accelerates with the new acceleration value.
A flying block change from N10 to N15 takes place, as the acceleration override does not
change.
The change of the acceleration override prevents the flying block change.
