I just bought a idealarc 250 tig used hooked it up it will come on the fan will work the gas solenoid will come on shortly but the foot controls would not work the gas solenoid or power output checked the foot controls good checked the tig control board no power to fuse on board checked the capacitor no power to the capacitor the switch for inert gas is on and the hf switch is on please where do I go from here
