Power Data Gateway troubleshooting
If you experience problems when confi guring a Power Data Gateway, you can reset the device. To do so, go to the home
page of the PDG web server and click the Factory Reset button.
Monitoring via the MyReserve Portal (with PDG)
Monitoring data is transmitted from the MyReserve Matrix
to the PDG via Bluetooth; from there, it is transmitted to
the router via LAN or wireless connection.
You can then view the data using a web browser, the My-
Reserve Portal.
To access the Portal, visit:

The MyReserve app will be available for iOS devices through the App Store beginning 02/2018 and for Android devices

For integration of the MyReserve into the EnergyManager, please follow the EnergyManager instructions or refer to
the installation instructions for the EneregyManager in the download area of our website www.solarwatt.com.au.

Explain to your customers how to register on the MyRe-
serve Portal.
Give them the MyReserve serial number they will need
to complete the registration process. The serial number is
printed on the top of the MyReserve Command.
The customer then sets their login and password, and
enters all additional required information.
Once customers have fi nished registering, they can view
their monitoring data through the MyReserve Portal.
