If you disconnect the mobile phone from the IP phone when the IP phone is updating the Mobile Contacts, the phone
screen will prompt "Fail to download mobile contacts!", and the mobile contacts disappear from the IP phone directory list.

1. Swipe left or right to go to the second idle screen.
2. Navigate to Settings->Basic Settings->Google Contacts.
3. Mark the On radio box.
