Appendix 10.1 Cantilever paper holder

Appendix 10.1.1 Structure of cantilever paper holder
Cantilever paper holder is optional for BK-T6112 printer, and can support the paper roll with 180mm
diameter. The paper roll shaft of cantilever paper holder is metal shaft, which applies to paper roll with
minimum ID of 18mm.

Note: Before installing the cantilever paper holder, please confirm and adjust the position of mark
sensor.
Appendix 10.1.2 Assemble the cantilever paper holder
The cantilever paper holder is packed separately from printer and needs user itself to assemble. The
cantilever paper holder package includes 3 pcs of M3x6 screw for fixing, and there are 9 positions for
installing the cantilever paper holder on printer. The buffer module is packed separately from
cantilever paper holder and needs user itself to assemble. The buffer module package includes 1 pcs
of ST3.6x6 screw for fixing, and there are 5 positions for installing the buffer module on cantilever
paper holder.
After installing the cantilever paper holder, insert the plug of paper near end sensor into socket of print
mechanism (see Figure 2.1-1 BK-T6112 printer overview).
Refer to Figure appendix 10-2 for basic structure of buffer module. Install the buffer module using a
cylinder and a hole: the cylinder is used to locate, and the hole is used for fixing. The hole for fixing
should adapt to ST3.6 pan head self-tapping screw, and fix the buffer module onto the paper roll
holder using the ST3.6x8 pan head self-tapping screw packed with the printer.
