Alarm 96 on the ELGA MEDICA Pro 30 indicates high loop pressure. After replacing the recirculation pump and filters, this alarm can occur if there is an obstruction, air trapped in the system, or incorrect installation of components.
Even after adjusting the voltage, the unit may stop working because the pump may not be operating correctly, the filters may be clogged or improperly seated, or the system may still contain air pockets affecting water flow. Checking for blockages, ensuring proper installation, and purging air from the system can help resolve the issue. If the problem persists, contacting technical support is recommended.

The sanitization frequency required is dependent on the feedwater, local environment, usage patterns and application. As a general rule, ELGA LabWater recommends sanitization of the RO at 6 monthly intervals. However, the period between sanitizations could be extended in particular circumstances. For example, microbial growth will usually be lower with clean feed water, well-maintained pre-treatment, low temperatures and heavy usage.
