Hello! I **** currently unable to use the touch screen to toggle between sphere, cylinder, and axis when refracting. The other functions on the touch screen are functional. I also cannot switch between OD and OS using the touch screen when refracting. The only way I **** able to switch selection between the sphere, cylinder, and axis is to either use the physical buttons or center button on the dial. The only way I **** able to switch from OD to OS is to use the "R" and "L" physical buttons.

If the Nidek Medical RT-5100 touch screen is not allowing toggling between sphere, cylinder, and axis, or switching between OD and OS, perform the position adjustment of the touch-screen panel (see section 7.13). If the issue persists, further troubleshooting or servicing may be required.

having trouble syncing each machine. after scanning patients eyes, id number wont pull through to the touch screen machine. Also when doing final, print, print, it won't send info to my computer.
