To replace the core support on a Thane Fitness ABDoer 360:
1. Insert the ‘Core Support Column’ into the rear. 2. Fasten the bolt, washer, and nut into the bracket on the ‘Main Frame’. 3. Re-insert the bolt bracket to hold the ‘Core Support Column’. 4. Slide the bracket in through the bottom hole. 5. Align the ‘Insert Pin with Hole’ to secure the column. 6. Remove the twister tie from the sleeve.
