Phone Book
Your Sprint PCS Phone has 98 Phone Book memory locations
capable of storing up to 300 phone numbers. This allows you to
organize your phone book, storing up to 6 phone numbers under
one person's name. You will no longer have to look for a person's
home number one place and their work number in another. (Each
memory location will accept up to 12 characters per entry name
and 44 digits for the phone number.)
Once you have entered a name and number, you are given the
option of attaching a label (Home, Work, Mobile, Pager, Fax, or
No Label) to the entry. When you search the phone book, either by
name or entry, the selected phone number will appear in the upper
half of the display. If a label has been attached to the phone
number, a small icon/label will appear before the phone number.
This feature provides you with a convenient method of identifying
the phone number as the person's home, work, mobile, pager or
fax number.
For example, see "Add New Entry" on page 43.
