The Michael Todd Sonicsmooth device may no longer hold a charge for more than a few minutes due to improper charging habits or battery degradation. If the device is rarely used, it should be recharged every three months to maintain its charging capability. Additionally, if the device is not seated properly in the Charging Cradle, it will not receive a charge. If the issue persists, the device should be charged for a minimum of five hours. If this does not resolve the problem, contacting Customer Service is recommended.

To inspect and reset the battery cradle for charging issues with the Michael Todd Sonicsmooth:
1. Check the Placement: Ensure the Sonicsmooth handle is sitting properly in the Charging Cradle. If it is not positioned correctly, it will not receive a charge.
2. Inspect the Charge Indicator: - A green Power Light means the charge is good. - A red Power Light indicates a low charge. - If the Power Light flashes red, the device will power off after 10 minutes of use.
3. Recharge the Device: If the Sonicsmooth stops working, place it in the Charging Cradle for at least 5 hours.
4. Avoid Water Damage: Do not immerse the Charging Cradle in water, as it may cause malfunctions.
5. Contact Customer Service: If the issue persists after charging for 5 hours, reach out to Customer Service for assistance.

To remove the smooth head from the Michael Todd Sonicsmooth and use the blade, slide the device handle through the opening in the cartridge case along the Safety Edge tracks until the Safety Edge clicks into place. Use your pointer finger to hold the Safety Edge in place during attachment. Once secured, lift the device and attached Safety Edge from the cartridge.
