POWER SWITCH
While carrying the FAST-key within the
operating range, the POWER switch can be
used to start the drive battery.
TO START THE HYBRID EV SYSTEM:
1. Make sure that charging cable
is disconnected
2. Push POWER switch while pressing firmly on
the brake pedal
3. Once the READY light illuminates, the vehicle is ready for
operation
4. System will not be activated if the Select Lever is operated
while the "READY" light is flashing
TO STOP HYBRID EV SYSTEM:
1. Park vehicle in safe place
2. Push the Electric Parking Brake switch
3. Push the Push Button Park switch
4. Push the POWER switch
EMERGENCY ENGINE STOP PROCEDURES:
If you have to bring the engine to an emergency stop while
driving, press and hold the POWER SWITCH for 3 seconds or more,
or press it quickly 3 times or more.

POWER LIFTGATE MAIN SWITCH

When the power liftgate main switch (located in
the lower center dash area) is ACTIVE, the power
liftgate can be operated using either the power
liftgate switch on the FAST-key, the driver's
side power liftgate switch or the open/close
switches on the power liftgate.
POWER LIFTGATE SWITCH
The power liftgate can be opened by pressing
the Power Liftgate switch.
Please note that you will need to have ALL the
doors unlocked for the unit to work properly.
If only the driver's door is unlocked, the power
liftgate button will not work.
STEERING WHEEL WARMER SWITCH (IF EQUIPPED)
The warmer will be activated by pressing the
Steering Wheel Warmer switch. To turn off
Steering Wheel Warmer, press the switch
again. Warmer will automatically turn off after
30 minutes.
