It enables or disables the VC (Virtual Channel).
VPI Number that is used in the network.
VCI Number that is used in the network.
Virtual IP address that is identified by the VC.
Subnet mask that is identified by the VC
You can select UBR or CBR by the service.
Select 0, if you want automatic operation.
