2-3. Power consumption when idling

Perform measurement with no signal input.
Confi rm that the primal power consumption is 26 W±3 W.
2-4. Confi rmation of Firmware Version
Execute INFO inspection of diagnostic mode.
Confi rm the fi rmware version displayed on the PC.
2-5. Confi rmation of Model ID
Execute INFO inspection of diagnostic mode.
Confi rm the model ID displayed on the PC is as specifi ed
below.

2-6. Confi rmation of temperature sensor
Execute AD input port inspection of diagnostic mode.
It judges whether the level is the range automatically.
Specifi ed range : 0.10 V to 0.50 V
2-7. Confi rmation of indicator
Execute LED inspection of diagnostic mode.
LED lights on one by one from one side to the other.
Verify all LED lights on, then off. (visual inspection)
2-8. Confi rmation of switch
Execute SWITCH inspection of diagnostic mode.
Confi rm that each switch operates properly.
2-9. Confi rmation of FAN
Execute FAN inspection of diagnostic mode.
It is confi rmed that the fan rotates, and the speed changes.

2-10. Detector circuit of DC protection

(1) The voltage of DC +1 V is added to 1 pin of CN254
of the AMPS circuit board.
The DC protection operates within one second, and
"DC-PROTECTION;ON" is displayed on the DIAG
application.
The voltage of DC +1 V is stopped, and 1 pin of
CN254 is opened.
Protection is released, and "OFF" is displayed on the
DIAG application.

す。
2-4. ファームウェアバージョンの確認
ダイアグモードの INFO 検査を実行します。
PC に表示されるファームウェアバージョンを確認
します。
2-5. モデル ID の確認
ダイアグモードの INFO 検査を実行します。
PC に表示されるモデル ID が下記の規定通りである
ことを確認します。

2-6. 温度センサーの確認
ダイアグモードの AD 入力ポート検査を実行します。
レベルが範囲内であるか自動判定します。
許容範囲 ：0.10 V ∼ 0.50 V
2-7. インジケータの確認
ダイアグモードの LED 検査を実行します。
LED が 1 個ずつ順次点灯、消灯し、最後に全点灯し
全消灯することを確認します。 （目視検査）
2-8. スイッチの確認
ダイアグモードの SWITCH 検査を実行します。
各スイッチが正常に動作することを確認します。
2-9. ファンの確認
ダイアグモードの FAN 検査を実行します。
ファンが回転し速度が変わることを確認します。
2-10. DC プロテクション検出回路
(1) AMPS シートの CN254 の 1 番端子に DC +1 V を
印加します。
1 秒以内に DC プロテクションが動作し、DIAG
アプリケーション上に "ON" が表示されます。
DC +1 V の印加をやめ、 CN254 の 1 番端子をオー
プンにします。
プロテクションが解除され、DIAG アプリケー
ション上に "OFF" が表示されます。
