My fridge is not working, there is what I can only assume to be an error code on the front of the fridge that has the letter t in the second column and nothing else showing however this error code does not seem to show up on any of my searches, is my fridge totally broken or can this be fixed?

The date on the digital display is showing an old date (somewhere in 2024) and we are afraid if we set the date correctly, the data in the controller will be overwritten. And now the displaying is bleeping and show 'PoFF' and we want to download the data. How to fix this problem and reserve the data already recorded in the controller?
