One of my RCTT heaters has suddenly stopped heating. It is still connected to the WiFi an communicating ok but the heater does not turn on either on the heater control or remotely. I have turned the heater off and on and reconfigured from the start a second time with no success. Can you offer any further advice. Thanks

The Haverland Designer RCTT heater may have stopped heating despite being connected to WiFi due to a power cut or disconnection from the mains. If the power cut lasted more than 24 hours, you need to reset the day and time following the instructions in the manual. If the power cut was shorter, all settings should be retained. Additionally, check if the heater is in "frost protection mode" and switch it back to heating mode if necessary. Ensure the heater is clean and functioning properly.
