CANNOT HEAR DIAL TONE THROUGH HEADSET CS540 WIRELESS HEADSET SYSTEM WITH CISCO PHONE
You may not hear a dial tone through the Plantronics CS540 wireless headset system with a Cisco phone because the compatibility dial on the bottom of the charging base is not set correctly. If it is set to "G," you are likely to experience no audio or poor sound quality. For most cases, the dial should be set to "A."
