(3) Interface for diagnostic transfer (DT) by each port
The interface for diagnostic transfer is similar to the SLC
card.
(4) Interface for the SLT with Message Waiting Lamp.
The LED indicator on the ESLC card lights when the system
resets or ESLC local reset occurs.
