Appendix A. Library Configuration Forms
Make a copy of these forms, and fill them out as you are installing and configuring your library. Update
the forms each time that changes are made to the library configuration and store these forms in a secure
location. Having the information on these forms are helpful if a call to service is necessary.
You can also save library configuration data from the Management GUI. See "Locating Management
functions" on page 63.
