4-Wire Resistance (NI 4060, NI 4065 and NI 407x only)

4-wire resistance measurements use both pairs of terminals. Use the configuration to measure low
resistances accurately by eliminating the effects of lead resistance.
Note The NI 4050 does not support 4-wire resistance measurements.
