2.1.1 - Internal Call
In Handset Mode
 Pick up
In Handsfree Mode
 Dial
4 digits Extension number without picking up Handset
Called party is Free
 Ringing tone is heard and the display shows " ALERT"
Called party is Busy or on the phone
 Busy tone is heard and the display shows "BUSY"
Called Party Answers
 Conversation is established
2.1.2 - External Call
In Handset Mode
 Pick up
In Handsfree Mode
 Dial
9 + External Telephone Number without picking up
Handset
 To terminate the call , replace Handset or Press
Note :- The display shows the progress of a call
"Alerted "
"Conversation " - means you are talking with the called party
