DR-M160II Service Guide Warranty Reimbursement Dispatch by CITS To obtain reimbursement for service delivered during the end-user warranty or extended service plan, you must be dispatched by CITS. For this to occur the end-user must contact the CITS helpdesk first. If telephone troubleshooting fails to resolve a problem the CITS helpdesk will e-mail the Service Provider of record a service dispatch form. -

The Technical Support Center is the single point of entry for this process.
