Select whether to enable the Intel
Virtualization Technology function. VT
allows a single platform to run multiple
operating systems in independent
partitions.
Select whether to enable the C1 Enhanced
mode for the processor. If enabled, all
logical processors in a physical processor
will run in a C1 state.

system debugging.
