AC CONNECTION / RECHARGING THE BATTERY

u Insert a plug by aligning and then sliding the plug on.
v Remove using tweezers or other small-tipped instrument and slide off.
w Connect the AC power adapter jack to the 12V DC IN jack on the side of the TREK Max and then connect the plug
to a 100V-240V wall outlet.
The TREK Max has a built-in rechargeable battery that will automatically be charged as long as the TREK Max is plugged
in. When the TREK Max Power is on and charging, the Power indicator will light red and turn amber when fully charged.
The Power indicator will fade in and out when it is in need of charging.
The battery will provide approximately 8 hours of operation at normal listening level.
Notes:
• Each time you charge and discharge the battery (charge cycles), battery capacity slightly diminishes. Rechargeable
batteries have a limited number of charge cycles and need to be replaced eventually.
• You may wish to replace your battery when, or before, the battery does not supply enough
power to function your device. Also, proper disposal is essential from environmental and
safety point of view. Putting any battery directly in the trash will harm the environment.
• Do not incinerate.
• Only use the supplied AC adapter.
• Remove both the DC plug and AC-IN plug to disconnect AC adapter when not in use.
• Disconnect the AC cord to use with DC power (rechargeable battery).
Replacing the Rechargeable Battery:
If the battery does not supply enough power (see note in Battery/Power Indicator box in chart below), visit

CONTROL BUTTONS/STATUS INDICATORS - See illustration x
The chart below defines when the indicators will light and the button operations:
Battery Switch (Under Flap): Slide to the ON position to turn the unit to Standby mode. Slide to
the OFF position to turn the unit off to save battery power.
TM NFC (Near Field Communication): Devices with this logo are able to communicate with each
other by touching them together or bringing them into close proximity.
Battery/Power Indicator: Indicates the battery level of charging status:
Amber - Power on, full charge Blinks Red - Needs charging Red - Charging
Power Button: Press to turn the power on or off.
Volume Indicators: Indicates the volume level.
Volume Buttons: Press to set the desired volume level.
Bluetooth Indicator: Indicates the state when the Bluetooth source is selected:
Blinks Slow: Not Paired.
Blinks Fast: Discoverable and ready to pair with another device.
Solid Blue: Paired with another device.
Bluetooth Button: Press to select the Bluetooth mode. To make the unit
"discoverable", press and hold for 3 seconds until you hear a "beep" and the Bluetooth indicator
will blink fast.
If unable to connect within 2 minutes, the indicator will revert to blinking slowly.
Phone Indicator: Lights amber when the phone is in use.
Phone Button: Press to answer an incoming phone call. Press the Phone button twice to end
the call.
Skip Buttons: Press the Skip/Search or button to skip forward or backward through songs.
Press and hold the Skip/Search or button to search rapidly through the songs.
Press the Play/Pause button to pause playback. Press again to resume playback.
PAIRING A BLUETOOTH DEVICE - See illustration y
1. With the unit on, press the Bluetooth button to select Bluetooth mode.
2. Press and hold the Bluetooth button for approximately 3 seconds until the Bluetooth indicator blinks quickly to
make the speaker "discoverable".
3. On the Bluetooth device, enable Bluetooth and select "TREK Max" from the Device List. If the Bluetooth device
asks for a passkey, use "0000". Some Bluetooth devices will ask you to accept the connection. If the units are
paired properly, the speaker will beep and the Bluetooth indicator will light solid blue. If it failed, the Bluetooth
indicator will blink slowly. Note: After you pair a device, this TREK Max will remember it for future use.
PAIRING WITH NFC (Requires NFC Enabled Phone) - See illustration U
NFC offers a simple setup method for your TREK speaker system. Simply turn on the TREK speaker and hold the NFC
enabled device (NFC on the device must be "on") within a few centimeters of the NFC symbol on top of the TREK
speaker to pair and establish a Bluetooth connection. It's just that simple.
USING THE AUX CONNECTOR - See illustration V
Insert one end of an audio cable (not included) into the LINE OUT jack on your external audio unit and the other end
into the AUX IN jack on the side of the TREK Max (under flap). The Aux device will automatically be selected when the
audio cable is connected. Start playback of the external unit and the external audio unit's output sound will be heard
through the TREK Max's speakers. When connecting the AUX IN jack to the external audio device, the Play/Pause/
Skip/ Backward functions will not be able to control by the TREK Max skip buttons.
ANSWERING A PHONE CALL
When receiving a phone call on your paired Bluetooth device, press the Phone button to answer (it will light amber)
and use the built-in microphone on this TREK Max to take the call. Press twice to disconnect/end the call.
CHARGING A USB DEVICE
Connect your device via USB to the USB jack on the TREK Max (under flap). Your device will charge as long as the
TREK Max Battery Switch is in the ON position. See the owner's manual that came with the external equipment for
charging specifications. Some devices may require a special USB adapter cable.
SPLASH RESISTANT - See illustration W
The TREK Max is splash resistant, but cannot be submerged in water or be subjected to a constant flow of water. In
order to ensure the product is splash resistant, close the rubber flap on the side of the TREK Max. To properly close
flap, fully insert center rubber dongle (on inside of flap) into the DC IN jack until flap center is flush. Insert the other
dongle into the USB jack, then smooth out entire flap until flap is flush with the sides of the TREK Max.
AUTO POWER OFF
If the TREK Max has no audio signal, and/or a USB device is not charging, for 20 minutes, the TREK Max will turn itself
off. To "wake" the TREK Max, simply press the Power button.

NETZANSCHLUSS / AUFLADEN DES AKKUS
u Schließen Sie einen Stecker an, indem Sie ihn richtig ausrichten und dann aufsetzen.
v Das Entfernen erfolgt durch Herausziehen mithilfe einer Pinzette oder einem ähnlich spitzen Hilfsmittel.
w Stecken Sie den Gerätestecker des Netzteils in den 12 V-Anschluss „DC IN" an der Seite des TREK Max, und schließen Sie
den Netzstecker anschließend an eine Steckdose mit 100–240 V an.
Der TREK Max verfügt über einen eingebauten Akku, der automatisch geladen wird, wenn der TREK Max angeschlossen ist. Wenn
der TREK Max eingeschaltet und der Ladevorgang aktiv ist, leuchtet die „Power"-Anzeige rot. Wenn der Akku vollständig aufgeladen
ist, leuchtet sie gelb.
Die Betriebsanzeige leuchtet langsam auf und erlischt langsam, wenn der Akku aufgeladen werden muss.
Der Akku bietet bei normaler Zimmerlautstärke eine Betriebsdauer von etwa 8 Stunden.
Hinweise:
• Bei jedem Laden und Entladen des Akkus (Ladezyklen), wird die Akkukapazität leicht verringert. Wiederaufladbare Akkus
haben eine begrenzte Anzahl von Ladezyklen und müssen nach Ablauf einer bestimmten Zeit ersetzt werden.
• Der Akku sollte ausgetauscht werden, wenn oder noch bevor der Akku nicht mehr genügend Strom
für den Betrieb Ihres Geräts liefert. Achten Sie dabei aus wichtigen Umwelt- und Sicherheitsgründen
auf eine ordnungsgemäße Entsorgung. Eine Entsorgung des Akkus im Hausmüll hat schädliche
Folgen für die Umwelt.
• Nicht verbrennen.
• Verwenden Sie ausschließlich das mitgelieferte Netzteil.
• Ziehen Sie sowohl den Geräte- als auch den Netzstecker, wenn Sie das Gerät nicht verwenden.
• Ziehen Sie nur den Netzstecker, wenn das Gerät im Akkubetrieb verwendet wird.
Austausch des Akkus:
Wenn die Leistung des Akkus zu schwach ist (siehe Hinweise zur Akku /Betriebsanzeige in der untenstehenden Tabelle), lesen

KONTROLLTASTEN/STATUSANZEIGEN - Siehe Abbildung x
In der untenstehenden Tabelle finden Sie Informationen zur Bedeutung der Statusanzeigen sowie zur Bedienung der Kontrolltasten:
Akkuschalter (unter der Abdeckklappe): Auf die Position „ON" schieben, um den Standbymodus zu
aktivieren. Auf die Position „OFF" schieben, um das Gerät auszuschalten und den Akku zu schonen.
TM NFC (Nahfeldkommunikation): Geräte mit diesem Logo können miteinander kommunizieren,
wenn sie nahe nebeneinander gestellt werden.
Akku-/Betriebsanzeige: Zeigt den Ladestatus des Akkus an:
Gelb: Eingeschaltet, vollständig geladen; Blinkt Rot: muss geladen werden; Rot: wird geladen
Ein-/Ausschalttaste (Power): Drücken, um das Gerät ein- oder auszuschalten.
Lautstärkeanzeige: Zeigt den Lautstärkepegel an.
Lautstärkeregler: Drücken, um die gewünschte Lautstärke einzustellen.
Bluetooth-Anzeige: Zeigt den Status ein, wenn eine Bluetooth-Quelle ausgewählt ist:
Langsames Blinken: Nicht verbunden
Schnelles Blinken: Sichtbar und bereit für die Verbindung mit einem anderen Gerät
Dauerhaft blau: Mit einem anderen Gerät verbunden
Bluetooth-Taste: Drücken, um den Bluetooth-Modus zu aktivieren. Um das Gerät „sichtbar"
zu machen, drücken und halten Sie die Taste 3 Sekunden lang, bis ein Signalton ertönt und die
Bluetooth-Anzeige beginnt, schnell zu blinken. Wenn die Verbindung nicht innerhalb von 2
Minuten aufgebaut werden kann, beginnt die Anzeige wieder langsam zu blinken.
Telefonanzeige: Leuchtet während der Verwendung des Telefons gelb.
Telefontaste: Drücken, um einen eingehenden Anruf anzunehmen. Drücken Sie die Telefontaste
zweimal, um das Telefonat zu beenden.
Auswahltasten: Drücken Sie die Auswahltasten oder um den nächsten oder vorherigen Titel auszuwählen.
Drücken und halten Sie die Auswahltasten oder , um innerhalb eines Titels schnell vor- oder zurückzuspulen.
Drücken Sie die Taste „Wiedergabe/Pause" , um die Wiedergabe anzuhalten. Drücken Sie die Taste erneut, um
die Wiedergabe fortzusetzen.
VERBINDUNG EINES BLUETOOTH-GERÄTS MIT EINEM ANDEREN GERÄT – Siehe Abbildung y
Drücken Sie bei eingeschaltetem Gerät auf die Bluetooth-Taste, um den Bluetooth-Modus zu aktivieren.

Gerät verbunden haben, werden die entsprechenden Informationen im TREK Max zur zukünftigen Verwendung gespeichert.
VERBINDUNG ÜBER NFC (Erfordert ein NFC-fähiges Mobiltelefon) – Siehe Abbildung U
NFC bietet eine einfache Konfigurationsmethode für Ihr TREK-Lautsprechersystem. Schalten Sie den TREK ein, und halten Sie
das NFC-fähige Gerät (NFC muss auf dem Gerät aktiviert sein) in einer Entfernung von wenigen Zentimetern an das NFC-
Symbol oben auf dem TREK-Lautsprecher, um eine Bluetooth-Verbindung herzustellen. Fertig!
VERWENDUNG DES AUX-ANSCHLUSSES – Siehe Abbildung V
Verbinden Sie das eine Ende eines Audiokabels (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) mit dem Anschluss „LINE OUT" Ihres externen
Audiogeräts, und das andere Ende mit dem „AUX IN"-Anschluss an der Seite des TREK Max, unter der Abdeckklappe. Das AUX
Gerät wird automatisch auf dem Lautsprecher aktiviert, wenn das Audiokabel angeschlossen wird. Starten Sie die Wiedergabe des
externen Gerätes, und dessen Tonausgabe wird über die Lautsprecher des TREK Max wiedergegeben. Bei der Verbindung eines
externen Gerätes über den AUX IN-Anschluss lassen sich die Titelauswahl- und Wiedergabe/Pause-Funktionen nicht über die Tasten
des TREK Max steuern.
ANNEHMEN EINES TELEFONANRUFS
Wenn Sie auf Ihrem verbundenen Bluetooth-Gerät einen Anruf empfangen, drücken Sie die Telefontaste, um ihn anzunehmen (sie leuchtet in
diesem Fall gelb) und das integrierte Mikrofon des TREK Max für den Anruf zu verwenden. Drücken Sie die Taste zweimal, um den Anruf zu beenden.
AUFLADEN EINES USB-GERÄTS
Schließen Sie Ihr Gerät an den USB-Anschluss des TREK Max an (unter der Abdeckklappe). Ihr Gerät wird aufgeladen, wenn der sich
Akkuschalter des TREK Max auf der Position „ON" befindet. Lesen Sie dazu auch die Hinweise zum Aufladen Ihres externen Gerätes
in der Anleitung des Herstellers. Für einige Geräte benötigen Sie unter Umständen ein spezielles USB-Adapterkabel.
SPRITZWASSERFEST – Siehe Abbildung W
Der TREK Max ist spritzwasserfest, kann jedoch nicht in Wasser getaucht oder einem konstanten Wasserfluss ausgesetzt werden. Um
sicherzustellen, dass das Produkt spritzwassergeschützt ist, schließen Sie die Gummiklappe an der Seite des TREK Max. Um die Klappe
richtig zu schließen, stecken Sie die Gumminoppe in der Mitte (an der Innenseite der Klappe) vollständig in den Anschluss „DC IN", bis
die Wölbung in der Mitte der Klappe verschwindet. Stecken Sie die andere Noppe in den USB-Anschluss, und glätten Sie anschließend
die gesamte Klappe, bis sie bündig mit dem Rand des TREK Max geschlossen ist.
ABSCHALTAUTOMATIK
Wenn der TREK Max über einen Zeitraum von 20 Minuten kein Audiosignal empfängt und kein USB-Gerät aufgeladen wird, schaltet sich
der TREK Max automatisch ab. Um den TREK Max wieder einzuschalten, drücken Sie einfach die Ein /Ausschalttaste („Power").

ALIMENTATION / RECHARGER LA BATTERIE
u Insérer une fiche en l'alignant et en la faisant glisser.
v Enlever avec une petite pince ou tout autre instrument à extrémité pointue et faire glisser.
w Brancher l'adaptateur de la prise d'alimentation sur la fiche de 12V présente sur le côté du haut-parleur TREK Max puis
brancher le cordon sur une prise murale de 110-240V.
Le TREK Max possède une batterie qui se recharge automatiquement lorsque celui-ci est branché. Une fois branché et entièrement
chargé, le voyant d'Alimentation passe du rouge à l'orange.
Le voyant d'Alimentation clignote lorsque la batterie doit être rechargée.
La batterie possède une autonomie de 8 heures en mode de lecture à volume normal.
Remarques :
• Chaque fois que vous branchez et débranchez la batterie (cycle de recharge), sa capacité diminue légèrement. Les batteries
rechargeables ont une durée de vie limitée à savoir un certain nombre de cycles possibles. Vous devrez les remplacer tôt
ou tard.
• Il est préférable de remplacer votre batterie avant que celle-ci ne devienne trop faible pour alimenter
votre appareil. Veuillez suivre les conseils de rejet de votre batterie afin de respecter l'environnement.
Jeter votre batterie dans les ordures ménagères est nuisible à votre environnement et peut s'avérer
dangereux pour la sécurité.
• Ne pas incinérer.
• À utiliser avec l'adaptateur fourni.
• Débrancher la fiche de l'appareil et la prise murale avec de débrancher l'adaptateur lorsque l'appareil n'est pas utilisé.
• Débrancher le cordon d'alimentation (batterie rechargeable).
Remplacer la batterie rechargeable :

tdkperformance.com pour suivre le mode de remplacement de la batterie.
VOYANTS DE CONTRÔLE ET COMMANDES - Voir illustration x
Le tableau ci-après définit les fonctions des voyants et des commandes :
Interrupteur de la batterie (sous le couvercle) : Le mettre sur la position marche (ON) pour mettre
l'unité en veille (Standby). Mettre sur arrêt (OFF) pour éteindre l'appareil et économiser la batterie.
TM CCP (Communication en champ proche) : Les appareils portant ce logo NFC sont capables de
communiquer les uns avec les autres en étant à proximité.
Voyant d'alimentation / batterie : Indique le niveau de charge de la batterie :
Orange – en marche, rechargé ; Rouge clignotant – charge nécessaire ; Rouge continu – en charge
Bouton d'alimentation : Marche (ON) ; Arrêt (OFF).
Voyants du volume : Indique le niveau du volume.
Boutons du volume : Appuyez pour obtenir le niveau voulu.
Indicateur Bluetooth : Indique l'état lorsque la source Bluetooth est choisie :
Clignote lentement : Pas d'appariement
Clignote rapidement : Mode découvrable et prêt pour l'appariement.
Bleu continu : Apparié avec un autre dispositif.
Bouton Bluetooth : Appuyez pour choisir le mode Bluetooth. Appuyez sur le bouton pendant 3 secondes pour
mettre l'unité en mode « découvrable » jusqu'à entendre un bip sonore de découverte. L'indicateur Bluetooth
clignote rapidement.
Si aucun appariement n'est effectué dans les 2 minutes, l'indicateur se met de nouveau à clignoter lentement.
Indicateur du téléphone : Orange lorsque le téléphone est utilisé.
Bouton du téléphone : Appuyez pour répondre à un appel. Appuyez deux fois de suite pour
raccrocher.
Boutons de défilement : Appuyez sur le bouton pour faire défiler les chansons ou en marche avant
ou arrière. Appuyez et maintenez le bouton défiler/recherche ou pour faire défiler rapidement les
chansons. Appuyez sur Lecture/Pause pour mettre la lecture en pause. Appuyez de nouveau pour jouer
la musique.
APPARIEMENT AVEC UN APPAREIL GRÂCE À BLUETOOTH - Voir illustration y
1. Mettre l'unité en marche, appuyer sur le bouton Bluetooth pour choisir le mode Bluetooth.
2. Continuer d'appuyer sur le bouton Bluetooth pendant environ 3 secondes jusqu'à ce que le voyant Bluetooth clignote rapidement
pour mettre le haut-parleur en mode « découvrable ».
3. Sur l'appareil compatible Bluetooth, activer Bluetooth et choisir « TREK Max » dans la liste des appareils. Si l'appareil Bluetooth
demande un code, entrer « 0000 ». Certains appareils Bluetooth vous demanderont d'accepter la connexion. Si les unités sont
bien appariées, le haut-parleur émettra un bip sonore et l'indicateur Bluetooth s'affichera en bleu continu. S'il échoue, l'indicateur
Bluetooth clignotera lentement. Remarque : une fois que vous avez apparié l'appareil, cette unité TREK Max gardera les
paramètres en mémoire.
APPARIEMENT EN CCP (nécessite un téléphone compatible avec le logo « NFC ») - Voir illustration U
La communication en champ proche est une méthode simple de communication permettant à votre système de haut-parleur TREK d'être
connecté. Mettez simplement le haut-parleur TREK en marche et maintenez l'appareil compatible dans le champ de communication
proche (CCP doit être activé) à quelques centimètres du symbole NFC en haut du haut-parleur TREK pour apparier les appareils et
obtenir une connexion Bluetooth. Ce n'est pas plus compliqué.
UTILISER LES BRANCHEMENTS AUX - Voir illustration V
Insérez l'extrémité d'un câble audio (non fourni) dans la prise de sortie LINE OUT sur l'extérieur de votre unité audio et
l'autre extrémité dans la prise d'entrée AUX IN sur le côté de votre unité TREK Max (sous le couvercle). L'appareil Aux sera
automatiquement choisi lorsque le câble audio est branché. Commencez la lecture sur l'unité externe pour obtenir la sortie
du son sur l'audio externe à travers les haut-parleurs TREK Max. Lorsque vous branchez la prise d'entrée AUX IN à l'unité
externe audio, les commandes Lecture/Pause/Défilement ne seront plus activées par les commandes du TREK Max.
RÉPONDRE À UN APPEL TÉLÉPHONIQUE
Lorsque vous recevez un appel téléphonique sur votre appareil une fois celui-ci apparié sur Bluetooth, appuyez sur le bouton Téléphone pour
prendre l'appel (l'appareil sera sur la lumière orange) et utilisez le micro intégré du TREK Max pour répondre. Appuyez deux fois pour débrancher/
raccrocher l'appareil.
CHARGE DE L'UNITÉ PAR CÂBLE USB
Branchez votre appareil via USB sur la prise USB de votre unité TREK Max (sous le couvercle). Votre appareil se recharge tant que
l'interrupteur de batterie de votre TREK Max est en position de marche (ON). Voir le mode d'emploi joint à l'équipement externe
pour les spécifications de la charge de la batterie. Certains appareils doivent être branchés avec un câble USB spécial.
RÉSISTE À L'EAU - Voir illustration W
Le TREK Max est étanche mais ne doit pas être immergé dans l'eau ou être sous un flot constant de liquide. Assurez-vous que le
couvercle en caoutchouc est bien remis en place pour garantir l'étanchéité de votre appareil sur le côté de votre haut-parleur TREK Max.
Maintenez l'étanchéité en refermant correctement le couvercle en caoutchouc, en bien le centrant (à l'intérieur du couvercle) sur la
prise d'entrée DC IN et assurez-vous qu'il épouse bien les contours. Insérez l'autre rebout sur la prise USB, puis lisser le tout pour bien
maintenir l'étanchéité en épousant tous les contours de votre TREK Max.
AUTO EXTINCTION
Si votre haut-parleur TREK Max ne reçoit aucun signal audio et/ou l'appareil n'est pas en charge par le câble USB, celui-ci s'éteindra
automatiquement au bout de 20 minutes. Pour réactiver votre appareil TREK Max, appuyez simplement sur le bouton d'Alimentation.

COLLEGAMENTO CA / RICARICARE LA BATTERIA
u Inserire una spina allineandola, quindi facendola scorrere nel suo alloggiamento.
v Rimuovere con le pinzette o un altro strumento a punte piccole e sfilare.
w Collegare il jack dell'adattatore di corrente CA al jack IN CC da 12 V presente sul lato di TREK Max, quindi collegare la
spina alla presa a muro da 100 V-240 V.
TREK Max ha una batteria integrate ricaricabile che si caricherà automaticamente quando TREK Max è collegato. Quando
l'alimentazione di TREK Max è attiva e in carica, l'indicatore Alimentazione (Power) diventerà rosso e quando la batteria sarà
completamente caricata diventerà giallo.
Quando necessita di essere ricaricato, l'indicatore Alimentazione (Power) lampeggerà lentamente.
La batteria fornirà circa 8 ore di funzionamento a un livello di ascolto normale.
Note:
• Tutte le volte che la batteria viene caricata e scaricata (cicli della batteria), la capacità della batteria si riduce leggermente.
Le batterie ricaricabili hanno un numero limitato di cicli di carica, dopodiché devono essere sostituite.
• La sostituzione della batteria viene presa in considerazione quando la batteria non fornisce energia
sufficiente per far funzionare il dispositivo o prima. Inoltre, lo smaltimento è essenziale dal punto di
vista ambientale e della sicurezza. Gettare qualsiasi batteria direttamente nel cestino danneggerà
l'ambiente.

• Utilizzare solamente l'adattatore CA fornito in dotazione.
• Rimuovere sia la spina CC sia la spina IN CC per scollegare l'adattatore CA quando non viene utilizzato.

PULSANTI DI COMANDO/INDICATORI DI STATO - Vedere la figura x
Il riquadro sottostante definisce quando si accendono gli indicatori e il funzionamento dei pulsanti:
Interruttore batteria (sotto l'aletta): Per impostare l'unità in modalità Standby, far scorrere in
posizione ON. Per spegnere l'unità e risparmiare batteria, far scorrere in posizione OFF.
TM NFC (Near Field Communication): I dispositivi con questo logo riescono a comunicare tra loro
toccandoli insieme o avvicinandoli.
Indicatore Batteria/Alimentazione (Battery/Power): Indica il livello di batteria dello stato di carica:
Giallo: Alimentazione attiva, carica completa Rosso lampeggiante: necessita di carica Rosso: in carica
Pulsante Alimentazione (Power): Premerlo per accendere o spegnere l'unità.
Indicatori del volume: Indicano il livello di volume.
Pulsanti Volume: Premerli per impostare il livello di volume desiderato.
Indicatore Bluetooth: Indica lo stato quando è selezionata la fonte Bluetooth:
Lampeggia lentamente: Non accoppiato.
Lampeggia velocemente: Rilevabile e pronto per essere accoppiato a un altro dispositivo.
Blu fisso: Accoppiato con un altro dispositivo.
Pulsante Bluetooth: Premerlo per selezionare la modalità Bluetooth. Per rendere l'unità
"rilevabile", tenere premuto per 3 secondi finché si sente un segnale acustico e l'indicatore
Bluetooth lampeggerà velocemente.
Se non riesce a connettersi entro 2 minuti, l'indicatore tornerà a lampeggiare lentamente.
Indicatore del telefono: Diventa giallo quando si usa il telefono.
Pulsante Telefono: Premerlo per rispondere a una chiamata in entrata. Premere il pulsante
Telefono due volte per terminare la chiamata.
Pulsanti Salta: Per passare al brano successivo o precedente, premere rispettivamente il pulsante Salta/
Ricerca (Skip/Search) o . Per cercare rapidamente tra i brani, tenere premuto il pulsante Salta/
Ricerca (Skip/Search) o . Premere il pulsante Riproduci/Pausa per arrestare la riproduzione. Per
riprendere la riproduzione, premerlo di nuovo.
ACCOPPIARE UN DISPOSITIVO BLUETOOTH - Vedere la figura y
1. Con l'unità accesa, premere il pulsante Bluetooth per selezionare la modalità Bluetooth.
2. Tenere premuto il pulsante Bluetooth per circa tre secondi, finché l'indicatore Bluetooth non lampeggerà velocemente, per
permettere il rilevamento dell'altoparlante.
3. Sul dispositivo Bluetooth abilitare Bluetooth e selezionare "Trek" dall'Elenco Dispositivi (Device List). Qualora il dispositivo
Bluetooth richieda una chiave, utilizzare "0000". Alcuni dispositivi Bluetooth chiederanno di accettare la connessione. Se le
unità sono accoppiate correttamente, l'altoparlante emetterà un segnale acustico e l'indicatore Bluetooth diventerà blu. Se
l'accoppiamento non è riuscito, l'indicatore Bluetooth lampeggerà lentamente. Nota: dopo aver accoppiato un dispositivo, TREK
Max lo ricorderà per un uso futuro.
ACCOPPIARE CON NFC (richiede un telefono abilitato per NFC) - Vedere la figura U
NFC offre una semplice modalità di configurazione del sistema di altoparlanti TREK. Per accoppiare e stabilire una
connessione Bluetooth è sufficiente accendere l'altoparlante di TREK tenere il dispositivo abilitato per NFC (NFC sul
dispositivo deve essere su "ON") a pochi centimetri dal simbolo NFC sull'altoparlante di TREK. È davvero semplice.
UTILIZZARE IL CONNETTORE AUX - Vedere la figura V
Inserire un'estremità del cavo audio (non incluso) nel jack LINEA IN USCITA (LINE OUT) dell'unità audio esterna e
l'altra estremità nel jack INGRESSO AUX (AUX IN) 4 sul lato di TREK Max (sotto l'aletta). Collegando il cavo audio, il
dispositivo Aux verrà selezionato automaticamente. Avviare la riproduzione dell'unità esterna e gli altoparlanti TREK
Max riprodurranno il suono in uscita dell'unità audio esterna. Collegando il jack AUX IN al dispositivo audio esterno,
le funzioni Riproduci/Pausa/Salta/Indietro non potranno essere comandate dai pulsanti salta di TREK Max.
RISPONDERE A UNA TELEFONATA
Quando si riceve una chiamata sul dispositivo Bluetooth accoppiato, premere il pulsante Telefono (Telephone) per rispondere (diventerà
giallo) e utilizzare il microfono integrato su TREK per prendere la chiamata. Per disconnettersi/terminare la chiamata, premere due volte.
CARICARE UN DISPOSITIVO USB
Collegare il dispositivo con il jack USB su TREK Max (sotto l'aletta). Finché l'interruttore della batteria di TREK Max è
in posizione ON, il dispositivo si caricherà. Consultare le specifiche della carica sul manuale del "proprietario" fornito
con l'impianto esterno. Alcuni dispositivi potrebbero richiedere un cavo adattatore USB speciale.
RESISTENTE AGLI SPRUZZI - Vedere la figura W
TREK Max è resistente agli spruzzi, ma non può essere immerso in acqua o soggetto a un flusso costante d'acqua. Per assicurarsi
che il prodotto sia resistente agli spruzzi, chiudere l'aletta di gomma sul lato di TREK Max. Per chiudere adeguatamente l'aletta,
inserire completamente la chiave di sicurezza centrale di gomma (all'interno dell'aletta) nel jack IN CC finché il centro dell'aletta è
a filo. Inserire l'altra chiave di sicurezza nel jack USB, quindi distendere l'aletta finché non è a filo con i lati di TREK Max.
AUTOSPEGNIMENTO
Se per 20 minuti Trek Max non riceve un segnale audio o non sta caricando un dispositivo USB, TREK Max si
spegnerà da solo. Per riattivare TREK Max, premere semplicemente il pulsante Alimentazione (Power).

CONEXIÓN DE CA / RECARGA DE LA BATERÍA
u Para insertar un enchufe, alinéelo y deslícelo en su lugar.
v Para retirarlo, use pinzas u otro instrumento con puntas pequeñas y deslícelo hacia afuera.
w Conecte la salida del adaptador de CA a la ENTRADA de CC de 12 V al costado del TREK Max y, después, conecte el
enchufe en un tomacorriente de 100 V-240 V en la pared.
TREK Max tiene una batería recargable integrada que se cargará automáticamente siempre que TREK Max esté enchufado.
Cuando la alimentación de TREK Max esté encendida y cargando, el indicador de Encendido/Apagado (Power) se iluminará de
color rojo y se volverá ámbar cuando la carga esté completa.
El indicador de Encendido/Apagado (Power) aparecerá y desaparecerá cuando necesite carga.
La batería brindará aproximadamente 8 horas de funcionamiento en un nivel normal de audición.
Notas:
• Cada vez que cargue y descargue las baterías (ciclo de carga), su capacidad disminuye un poco. Las baterías recargables
tienen un número límite de ciclos de carga y finalmente deben sustituirse.
• Puede sustituir la batería cuando no suministre suficiente energía como para hacer funcionar su
dispositivo, o antes de que eso ocurra. Asimismo, el desecho adecuado es fundamental desde el
punto de vista ambiental y de la seguridad. Desechar las baterías directamente en la basura afecta
al medio ambiente.
• No incinerar.
• Utilice únicamente el adaptador de CA que se proporciona.
• Cuando no esté en uso, quite el enchufe de CC y el enchufe de entrada de CA para desconectar el adaptador de CA.
• Desconecte el cable de CA para usar con alimentación de CC (batería recargable).

BOTONES DE CONTROL/INDICADORES DE ESTADO - Ver la ilustración x
La tabla a continuación define cuándo se iluminarán los indicadores y las operaciones de los botones:
Interruptor de la batería (debajo de la tapa): Deslice a la posición ENCENDIDO (ON) para llevar la unidad al
modo en espera. Deslice a la posición APAGADO (OFF) para apagar la unidad y ahorrar energía de la batería.
TM NFC (Comunicación de campo cercano): Los dispositivos con este logotipo pueden
comunicarse entre sí siempre que se toquen o estén muy cerca.
Indicador de batería/encendido (Battery/Power): Indica el nivel de estado de carga de la batería:
Ámbar: Encendido, carga completa Rojo parpadeante: Necesita cargarse Rojo: Cargando
Botón de Encendido/Apagado (Power): Pulse para encender o apagar la unidad.
Indicadores de volumen: Indican el nivel de volumen.
Botones de volumen: Pulse para establecer el nivel de volumen deseado.
Indicador Bluetooth: Indica el estado cuando la fuente de Bluetooth (BLUETOOTH_source) está seleccionada:
Parpadeo lento: No está emparejado.
Parpadeo rápido: Puede ser descubierto y está listo para emparejarse con otro dispositivo.
Azul fijo: Emparejado con otro dispositivo.
Botón Bluetooth: Pulse para seleccionar el modo de Bluetooth. Para que la unidad se pueda
"descubrir", mantenga presionado durante 3 segundos hasta oír un "bip" y el indicador de
Bluetooth parpadeará rápido.
Si no se puede conectar en 2 minutos, el indicador volverá a parpadear lentamente.
Indicador de teléfono: Se ilumina de color ámbar cuando el teléfono está en uso.
Botón de teléfono: Pulse para contestar una llamada entrante. Pulse el botón del teléfono
(Phone) dos veces para finalizar la llamada.
Botones para saltar: Pulse el botón Salto/Búsqueda (Skip/Search) o para saltar hacia adelante o
hacia atrás dentro de las canciones. Mantenga presionado el botón Salto/Búsqueda (Skip/Search) o
para buscar rápidamente dentro de las canciones. Oprima el botón Reproducir/Pausar (Play/Pause)
para pausar la reproducción. Pulse nuevamente para reanudar la reproducción.
CÓMO EMPAREJAR UN DISPOSITIVO BLUETOOTH – Ver la ilustración y
1. Con la unidad encendida, pulse el botón Bluetooth para seleccionar el modo Bluetooth.
2. Mantenga presionado el botón Bluetooth durante aproximadamente tres segundos, hasta que parpadee rápidamente el
indicador Bluetooth para "descubrir" el altavoz.
3. En el dispositivo Bluetooth, habilite Bluetooth y seleccione "TREK Max" de la lista de dispositivos. Si el dispositivo Bluetooth
le pide una contraseña de acceso, utilice "0000". Algunos dispositivos Bluetooth le indicarán que acepte la conexión. Si
las unidades están configuradas correctamente, el altavoz emitirá un pitido y el indicador Bluetooth se iluminará en azul. Si
falló, el indicador Bluetooth parpadeará lentamente. Nota: Después de emparejar un dispositivo, el TREK Max lo recordará
para usos futuros.

USO DEL CONECTOR AUXILIAR – Ver la ilustración V
Inserte un extremo de un cable de audio (no incluido) en la LÍNEA DE SALIDA (LINE OUT) en la unidad de audio externa y el otro
extremo en la ENTRADA AUXILIAR (AUX IN) en el costado del TREK Max (debajo de la tapa). El dispositivo auxiliar se seleccionará
automáticamente cuando se conecte el cable de audio. Inicie la reproducción de la unidad externa; el sonido de salida de la
unidad de audio externa se oirá a través de los altavoces del TREK Max. Cuando se conecta la ENTRADA AUXILIAR (AUX IN) al
dispositivo de audio externo, las funciones de reproducción, pausa, salto y retroceso no podrán controlarse con los botones de
salto del TREK Max.
CÓMO CONTESTAR UNA LLAMADA TELEFÓNICA
Al recibir una llamada telefónica en el dispositivo Bluetooth emparejado, pulse el botón del teléfono (Phone) para contestar (se iluminará de
color ámbar) y use el micrófono integrado del TREK Max para tomar la llamada. Pulse dos veces para desconectar/finalizar la llamada
CÓMO CARGAR UN DISPOSITIVO USB
Conecte su dispositivo a través de USB a la entrada de USB en el TREK Max (debajo de la tapa). El dispositivo se cargará siempre y
cuando el interruptor de la batería del TREK Max esté en la posición ENCENDIDO (ON). Vea el manual del propietario que vino con el
equipo externo para consultar las especificaciones para la carga. Algunos dispositivos requieren un cable adaptador USB especial.
RESISTENTE A LAS SALPICADURAS – Ver la ilustración W
TREK Max es resistente a las salpicaduras, pero no se debe sumergir en el agua ni mantener en contacto con un flujo de agua
constante. Para asegurarse de que este producto sea resistente las salpicaduras, cierre la solapa de goma ubicada al costado del TREK
Max. Para cerrar correctamente la solapa, inserte por completo la lengüeta de goma en el centro (en el interior de la tapa) en la entrada
de CC hasta que el centro de la tapa esté nivelado. Inserte la otra lengüeta en la entrada del USB y, después, alise toda la tapa hasta
que esté nivelada con los costados del TREK Max.
APAGADO AUTOMÁTICO (AUTO POWER OFF)
Si TREK Max no tiene señal de audio y/o no se está cargando un dispositivo USB durante 20 minutos, el TREK Max se
apagará sólo. Para "despertar" al TREK Max, simplemente pulse el botón Encendido/Apagado (Power).
