To forward calls to voicemail on the Vertical Edge 9200 Series phone, use Call Forwarding:

1. For all calls (Unconditional Forwarding):
- Activate Call Forward to voicemail by selecting the appropriate option.

2. For busy conditions:
- Set Call Forward to voicemail when the station is busy.

3. For no-answer conditions:
- Configure Call Forward to voicemail when calls are not answered.

You can activate Call Forward from your phone or remotely from another station.

we have a phone that is set up that you can not pick up and answer when the phones are ringing. how can we remove that so we can answer on that phone?

To remove the answering restriction (Temporary COS) on the Vertical Edge 9200 Series phone, you must restore the Temporary COS by entering the station’s current password.
