2.2.14 Set Printer Configuration setting

ASCII: US DC3 n1, n2 ... n16
Hexadecimal: 1F 13 n1, n2 ... n16
Decimal: 31 19 n1, n2 ... n16
Set the printer configuration as below table. The printer is reset after receiving this command to activate
the configuration setting
Setting values become effective after 600 msec. This time is for EEPROM writing.
