Description
Use Program 41-20 : ACD Queue Display Settings to assign the options for the ACD Queue Status
Display feature. This program allows the Queue Status Display, and causes an alarm to sound, when
the parameters in this program are met.

Set the number of calls that can ac-

causes the optional queue alarm to
occur on phones active on a call,

Enable/Disable the queue alarm.
