THE VALUE OF SERVICE As a result of continuous updates and specific technical training programmes for Aprilia products, only Aprilia Official Network mechanics know this vehicle fully and have the specific tools necessary to carry out maintenance and repair operations correctly.
Page 3
This manual provides the main information to carry out regular maintenance operations on your vehicle. This manual is intended to aprilia Dealers and their qualified mechanics; several concepts have been deliberately omitted as they are considered unnecessary. As it is not possible to include complete mechanical notions in this manual, users should have basic mechanical knowledge or minimum knowledge about the procedures involved when repairing scooters.

SR MAX 125 ie Electrical system Ignition circuit Once the immobilizer system is enabled, the HV coil and the signals from the Pick-Up will produce a spark in the spark plug. The battery provides the basic power supply. The system is adjusted so that the start-up system im- mediately detects an eventual battery voltage drop, but this is practically irrelevant for the ignition system.
