2 Error Codes

2.1 Scanner Error Code List

Some of errors are not described in this error code list. Refer to error code in the TWAIN Driver
user's guide.

Recovery
Close the program using the scanner and
retry.
Retry when the status lamp start blinking
slowly.
Check connection of scanner and reboot the
scanner and the host.
If not recovered, replace following parts.
1. #97 USB cable.
2. #24/25 MAIN PK-ASSY(28 or 48)
3. #23 DRV PK-ASSY
4. #21 FRU-ASSY(RX8OCR) PS-ASSY
Front Replace the #4 Fluorescent lamp of the
described surface.
Back
Front Clean the lower mirror and cover glass of the
described surface.
Check video level of the described surface
using Maintenance Tools and check if the
lamp is on.
Back
If not recovered, replace following parts of
the describe surface.
1. #4 Fluorescent lamp.
2. #64 LAMP INVERTER
3. #22 Scanner ASSY
Front
4. #24/25 MAIN PK-ASSY (28 or 48)
Back
Replace the described Roller and reset the
roller's counter using Scanner Utility,
Operation parameter setting.
Check contract for Consumables.
