    Tensioning Blade Shaft V-Belts: • Blade flanges must be full diameter - minimum of 4” (101,6 mm). Replace worn flanges at once because undersized flanges shorten blade life and cause blade breakage. • Check the conveyor cart condition on a regular basis.
