suggestionsthatmighthelpyou.Ifthesesuggestionsfailtocorrectyourproblem,checkourwebsiteforadditionalsuggestionsor

Troubleshooting Steps
• MakesuretheACpowercordisproperlyconnectedtoboththepowersupplyandtoyourhouseholdwalloutlet.
• Makesurethewalloutletthepowercordispluggedintoisa"live"outlet.
• MakesuretheDCpowercordfromthepowersupplyisconnectedtotheDCPowerInconnectorontheactive
speaker.
• MakesuretheblueLEDhasnotbeendimmedtothepointthatitneverlights.
• MakesurethepowerLEDisilluminated.Ifnot,seethestepsfor"PowerLEDisnotilluminated".
• Makesuretheactivespeakervolumeknobisturnedup.
• Makesureyouraudiosourcevolumeisturnedup.
• Makesureyouraudiosourceisplayingaudio.
• Disconnectallbutoneaudiosourceinputontheactivespeaker.
• Unplugpowerfromtheactivespeakerthenplugitbackintoresettheinputstoautoswitchingmode.
• Ifthespeakerwaspreviouslyworkingproperlybutstoppedsuddenly,thismaybetheresultoftheoutputdrivers
experiencingthermalshutdown.Thisisanormalprotectionfeatureanddoesnotindicateamalfunction.Turnthe
poweroffontheactivespeaker,wait5minutes,turndownthevolumeoftheaudiosource,thenturnthespeaker
systembackon.
• Ifpossible,trydifferentinputsontheactivespeakertoseeifoneworkswhereanothermaynot.
• Makesurethecablewhichconnectstheactivespeakertothepassivespeakerisproperlyseatedattheactive
speakeraswellasatthepassivespeaker.
• Ifyouareusingtheanaloginput,makesurethe3.5mmconnectorisfirmlyseatedintotheconnectorinputonthe
activespeakerandtheaudiosource.
• Ifyouareusingthe3.5mmtoRCA"Y"cable,makesurebothoftheRCAconnectorsareproperlyseated.
• Ifyouareusingtheanaloginput,makesurethe3.5mmconnectorisfirmlyseatedintotheconnectorinputonthe
activespeakerandtheaudiosource.
• Ifyouareusingthe3.5mmtoRCA"Y"cable,makesurebothoftheRCAconnectorsareproperlyseated.
• MakesureyourBluetoothdeviceisinrange(tobesure,placeyourBTdevicewithin5feetoftheT0)
• MakesureanotherBluetoothdevicedoesnotalreadyhaveconnectionwiththeT0.TomakesureallBTconnectionsare
disconnectedhitthe"Pair-Prog"buttononthebackoftheactivespeakerorhitenablefollowedbytheBluetoothbuttonon
theremote,thentrytopairyourdeviceagain.
• Ifyouareusingtheanaloginput(3.5mmconnector)makesureyouarenotoverdrivingtheaudioinput.Turndown
thevolumeonyouraudiosourcedeviceand,ifnecessary,turnupthevolumeontheactivespeaker.
• Makesureyouarenotoverdrivingthespeakerdrivers.Turndownyouraudiosourcedevice.Youmaywanttoturn
downthevolumeknobontheactivespeakeralso.
• Makesuretheaudiosourcesignalisprovidingacleansignal.
• Makesurethecablebetweentheaudiosourceandtheactivespeakerisproperlyseated.
• MakesuretheRCAcablebetweentheactivespeakersubwooferoutputandthesubwoofer'sinput
areproperlyseated.
• Makesurethesubwooferispluggedinandswitchedon.
• Makesurethesubwoofervolumeisturnedup.
• Thiscouldbeanindicationthatoneofthemanyautomaticprotectioncircuitsisengagingtoprotectthespeakers
frompermanentdamageasaresultofplayingthespeakerslouderthantheycansafelyplay.Turneithertheactive
speakervolumeortheaudiosourcevolumedownslightlyuntilthisstops.IfyouneedtoplaylouderthantheT0
speakersallow,youshouldconsideraddingasubwoofertoyoursystem.
• Ifyouareusingoneofthedigitalinputsthiscouldalsobeanindicationthatyourdigitalsignalisbeinginterrupted.
Youmayconsiderchangingthedigitalcable.
• IfyouareusingtheBluetoothinputthiscouldbeanindicationthatyourBluetoothsendingdeviceisontheedgeof
beingoutofrange.
